Uses and Features
Y5-47, 5-48, II-type boiler centrifugal fans are suitable for industrial boilers that burn various coal qualities and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices of 0.2t/h~20t/h. Both can be used, but the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C.
At present, there are many types of industrial boiler series, the quality of the coal used varies widely, the supporting dust collectors and pipe resistances are different, and the required air volume and air pressure of the induced draft fan are quite different. In order to adapt to the above situation, the fan adopts D type and C type. There are two transmission methods (coupling and V-belt transmission), among which, 0.7t/h~20t/h boilers are matched with D-type transmission induced draft fans, and 0.2t/h-10t/h boilers are equipped with C-type transmission induction fans. The fan is matched. For the V-belt drive unit, the spindle speed can be changed according to the actual situation to obtain an ideal air volume and air pressure.
Type and structure
1. The induced draft fan is made of single suction, and there are eleven types of machine numbers: N 3.15, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 12.4.
2. The induced draft fan can be made into two types of left-handed and right-handed. Looking up at the fan from one end of the transmission group, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right-handed, which is expressed by “right”, otherwise it is called left-handed, and is expressed by “left”.
3. The position of the air outlet of the fan is indicated by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. “Left” and “right” can be made into three angles of 0°, 90° and 180°.
4. The transmission mode of the fan is C type and D type. The motor and the fan are connected by belt pulley drive and elastic coupling direct drive respectively.
5. If the above-mentioned transmission mode, outlet angle and machine number cannot meet the production needs of your factory, our factory has the ability to design and modify according to the site conditions.
