The 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fan is a special fan matched with the melting rate of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7t/h, iron furnace, and can also be used as a blower for various melting furnaces, forging furnaces, air delivery and non-toxic Gases that are corrosive, non-spontaneous, and non-viscous can also be used with similar properties, but the temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 80°C, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150 mg/m.

Type and structure

The 9-12 fan can be made into two types of clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. View from the motor side. Those whose impellers rotate clockwise are called forward-rotating fans, which are represented by “shun”, and vice versa, which are called reverse-rotating fans, which are represented by “reverse”.

The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing, and the “forward” and “reverse” fans can be made into three angles of 0°, 90°, and 180°

The 9-12 type fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, seal, machine base and so on. Partial assembly structure is adopted for the № 8 and 9 of the 9-12 type.

Impeller: The impeller is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory. After the impeller is formed, it has undergone static and dynamic balance correction and over-speed running test, so the operation is stable and reliable.

Chassis: Welded with ordinary steel plate to form a volute as a whole.

Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed on the front cover with bolts.

Transmission group: It is composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling and so on. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. For 9-12 type № 8, 9 use rolling bearing lubricating oil lubrication.
