Describe

The 9-38 series boiler centrifugal fan is to make the fan work in the high-efficiency zone when the industrial boiler is operating under variable conditions, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The high-efficiency and energy-saving products promoted by the State Economic Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and wide high-efficiency zone of performance curves.

This fan is suitable for 0.5~35t/h industrial boiler equipped with economizer (preheater) and smoke and dust removal device. Anyone with similar intake conditions and suitable performance can be selected, but the maximum intake temperature must not exceed 250°C.

A dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed in front of the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, reduce the wear of the fan by the smoke and dust, and increase the service life of the fan.

Features

At present, there are many series of industrial boilers, and the quality of the coal used varies greatly. Therefore, 9-38 series fans are provided for users to choose.

Type

1. This fan is made of single suction. There are thirteen machine numbers: N4, №4.5, №5, №5.6, №6.3, №7.1, №8, №9, №10, №11.2, №12.5, №14, and N16.

2. The fan can be made into two forms of clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. When looking at the fan from the transmission part, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, which is represented by the right, otherwise it is called a left-handed fan, which is represented by the left.

3. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. The right-handed fan and the left-handed fan can be made into six angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. Structure and Advantages

The fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, regulating door and other components.

1. Impeller: The material is 16Mn, with alternate long and short forward curved blades, which are welded between the arc-cone front disk and the flat rear disk. After the impeller is formed, it has undergone static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed running test, so the operation is stable and reliable.

2. Chassis: welded with steel plates to form a volute as a whole. There is a dust-cleaning door on the worm plate, which is convenient to remove the dust accumulated in the blade and the casing. Ensure the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.

3. Air inlet: It is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed on one side of the fan with bolts.

4. Transmission group: It is composed of main shaft, water-cooled bearing box and coupling.
